Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment I respectfully require at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hour notice will result in a charge or 50% of the service price. Thank you for understanding. $50 non-refundable deposit are required for new guests on full balayage, full highlight & keratins.
There is a 15 min grace period for your appointment, failure to communicate will result in rescheduled appointment.
